it was me and my friend who visited the property. we loved the stay, it’s a treehouse, dream cone true property. it’s 2 km below tandi village and a half an hour drive from jibhi market.

Food - Property only served avg veg food. No non veg food. Nearby also we had no options to go on foot Ameneties - Lesser than avg honestly. Visited 3 homestays in a week long trip and this was clearly worst. Broken stools / chairs, ruptured bean bags..no place to open a suitcase , forget about a cupboard Location - Property location is good but rooms view is blocked by huge tree in front of all 3 rooms we booked. Services : hard working staff but seriously short of at least 3-4 hands. Owner is money minting

Property is good but the issue is there with the Food. Food is very poor. No taste is there.

location was remote, last 200 meters had to be trekked, we had to carry our luggage to the hotel as well, food was okay and homemade, amenities and services were poor

Property was nice and comfortable with a good view and beautifully built . Host was helpful , location is quite offbeat from actual jibhi , peaceful and silent , food can be improved as there was limited items and quantity .

Overall the experience was good , room was pretty good and food also fine but the location is not that good

Good property at a very private location over the hills, must stay if near jibhi.

The raid to reach the property was okay but the amenities at the property was horrible. They owner didn't have a power backup for the long powercut we experienced, the food was way over priced compared to the quality and quantity that was offered, the caretaker was super lazy to work every work that was supposed to be done by him was answered with a no at the very first then I had to call the owner everytime I needed something to be done for me. It would been better if the caretaker Mannu was a little proactive in his work, at night he would be nowhere to be seen and if I would ask for drinking water he would ask me to manage the night with empty bottle and would give me water in the morning. This is the treatment I got in my stay which was horrible.

The property is located about 200–300 meters from the main road, requiring a short trek from the parking area. Unfortunately, the hospitality was extremely poor. Upon arrival, we requested assistance with our luggage due to the walk from the main road, but the staff refused to help and began behaving rudely. As the hotel is quite isolated from the main Jibhi area, we felt unsafe and uncomfortable. We asked the owner for a refund, explaining we no longer felt secure staying there, but he refused and continued to misbehave. I do not recommend this place due to their unwelcoming attitude and lack of basic hospitality.

The location and the view was amazing. I have read other reviews of people saying that It was very hot in the room and the food was not good. I went there on 28th april and the room temperature was super cool in night and moderately cold in noon. The food was extremely delicious. I ordered ( Dal fry, jeera aloo, jeera rice, Tawa roti ), definitely recommended. The host was super friendly and nice.

This is really a nice property where you can really enjoy with your friends. And if you want a quite and peaceful place then you can go for it.

It is a very good place if you are looking for an off-beat location you just need to travel by taxi or by personal vehicle. it is far away from jibhi main market.

Property food was very average, and took hours to prepare, that's why we used to eat at a different stay around. Location was terrible, just one board really far away, no lights along the way, and it's a full fledged trek to get to this place Facilities were terrible. The view was there, but during the day the stay turned into a solar cooker, there was not a SINGLE FAN, NO A/C either, no ventilation, the property owner was not helping or accomodating either. I would recommend looking at some of the other stays around, all of them were much better.

Room was good best part being the balcony and view from balcony. The property is very peaceful and you can feel the peace throughout your stay. Staff is also polite and humble ready to help you.

We had an incredible stay at The Little Nest in the pine forest! The setting was breathtakingly beautiful, with towering trees and a serene atmosphere. The homestay itself was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. Our host Mr. Ajay was friendly and welcoming. We spent our days exploring the forest trails. It was the perfect retreat from the stresses of everyday life, and we can't wait to come back!

There was a little trail which we had to take. The rooms and views were amazing. The food is on the expensive side
