There was a smell coming from the blanket and quilt.when I got extra blaneket for 3rd person ! A little smell was coming from blanket

I am regular traveler so i visited many hotel. This hotel have no service only looking and design are good but service and staff are not co operative. No tv. Good for local party like wine, beer are served in parties.

Bad experience with this hotel, not value for money. .

The hotel was under renovation. Pathetic attitude by the staff. We checked out within one hour of check in. Staff was not bothered as to why we checked out within an hour. No towels / toiletries / bad smell in room & bathroom.

Hotel lacks customer hospitalty

The superior room was not what is expected at this price. The blanket covers were not clean. Land locked room. Window opens to an alley. Not city view. Small bathroom. The shower curtain was dirty. We had to leave early around 8, but the restraunt does not start until 8:30. Not even tea/coffee was available ! no one was available at the reception. I was given a card with mobile numbers to contact in case something is required. Both the numbers were wrong. Finally came down to the reception area. No one there, called the numbers printed on the wall and got someone to open the shutters to exit. Nothing grand about this hotel. Basic hotels provide more facilities than this one.

This is not really a hotel but a shop and at best an eatery. If you are travel-ling from other town this hotel is a must avoid. We were travel-ling from delhi when we arrived at the hotel there was local wedding function going on in the banquet. Hence no parking was available. With great difficulty we pulled out our luggage as traffic police was constantly reminding us to move the car. We booked a premium room however a dirty, dingy room was given to us quoting that function is going on hence premium room is not available right now. Later in the day around 7 pm we were accommodated in premium room. These guys are not in serious hotel business. They are more of rent out room while banquet is not operational kinds my recommendation is with this price tag you certainly will get something better there is no parking space in the hotel in the night they pull down the shutter of the shop so you can not go out of the hotel

Good place to stay, food is ok but very expensive.

I called up room service at 11:30 pm nobody picked up. I kept trying again and again till 12:30 am thinking theory might be busy. But after trying at reception i went down to see. Nobody was there. Not a single person. Moreover they pulled the sutter down on main gates like its a shop that has been closed. Weird!
