The room provided is not what we have booked, the cleanliness of the room is also not good and housekeeping service and washroom is not good

Good location, food quality excellent. Services need improvement. Hot water not available. Soap etc not provided

Room is good but if you are booking online, they provide you base category room when you check in, please check your room category. otherwise, they will give you base category room. Room service is very poor I mean they don't have room service. if you need anything you have to go down to restaurant. if you are going to mehndipur for darshan then ok otherwise for corporate it's not worthy.

Washroom smell was in the room, after addressing the same to reception, response was very awful.

Property food - Good Location - Excellent Facilities - Poor The room was big. But I could see cigatette thrown in a corner. The handwash was empty and was out of its place. Overall experience suggests that the price should of the room should have been under 1800 per night for 2 persons.

this the 3rd time I am staying here hotel is excellent with Really courteous staff and excellent rooms and food also is really great

Hotel was good and near by Mandir but basic things were not available like Dental Kit /Shaving Kit /door Mat

Sure! 😃 The food was great, especially the fried rice 🍚 , Chai/Tea ☕ and Chocolate 🍫 Milkshake.. The property's location was close to the Mehandipur Balaji Temple which is amazing! 👍 They lacked facilites in providing extra bed for less fee, like they charged for a matress and for a bed 🛏️ which is honestly too costly! The also didn't had things like razors, toothbrush, soap and toothpaste like mentioned.

AC not working Electricity fluctuate whole night and fan is not working properly No water in rooms.

Guy at reception was rude which was working in day shift . But the hotel and stay was nice comfortable and f nd b services was good too.

It's good, nice staff, all over it's nice place to stay with family or as couple or solo, i stayed with family and my experience was good.

Good experience, staff is very humble and helped me in serving the prasad also, humble human being, next time also i will book the same place as best part in parking in the basement plus newly built property.

Nice hotel , I stayed in Deluxe room , the room was very spacious.Room was also clean and tidy . Washroom was also clean . it is one of the best hotel to stay in Mehandipur Balaji Dham . it is near to Balaji Temple also .
