Overall, i had a great experience with the the grand hotel, muzaffarpur; reception staff was incredibly helpful, kindness with the suggestions, they helping to guest in room booking according to guest budget and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect hotel in muzaffarpur to stay any types of guest. This hotel is inside of shopping mall. For shopping and movies lover, great hotel for them. All the major brands showroom, big bazaar and cinepolis multiplex is in this premises. Thanks for the great hospitality to my family's.

Tali-bani rules with one bottle water per day per guest

Tali-bani culture of not permitting female guests in the room and when came to service provides one bottle water for whole day, and have to ask for slippers twice. None cares. The used utensils for dinner lay-ed in room for whole night till morning

We always try to give the best service to all of our guests. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are keeping less contact with guests for the guest's good health. So On the guest request we are going in the guest room to give every service to the guest. We are answering of your all complaint- Q. Tali-bani culture of not permitting female guests in the room. Ans.- Sir, we are apologizing for the inconvenience caused. But sir, As per your requirement doesn't meet our hotel policy. Your booking was in Double occupancy & sir you came with 3 people (02 Male & 01 Female), but you registered the room with 2 male guests. So as per our visitor policy our reception boy requested you for an alternate option for a female with the male room. The alternate option we provided to you at Lobby, Corridor seating area with the sofa & table & Restaurant. That time you accepted our request and you entertained your visitor in the corridor seating area with the cup of tea/coffee. But sir, due to this doesn't meet the expectation of you as per our visitor policy. After the check-out date we got a negative review from your side. Q. when came to service provides one bottle of water for the whole day. And.- We are deeply sorry you didn't get additional mineral water in the guest room. But sir, As per our hotel room supplies policy, we are providing the 01 Ltr. of Bisleri water each registered guest with every night stay. We have facilities of Room Service with limited time on chargeable basis order. Also we are providing complimentary Bislery water on the guest request at night from the housekeeping department and for the slipper, these items we are providing on guest request policy. Due to the current pandemic, chances for damage room supplies due the less room occupancy in hotels. So we are providing the fresh & hygiene supplies to the guests so we put some amenities on guest demand. Q.- The used utensils for dinner lay-ed in the room for the whole night till morning. And.- We are really sorry to face this issue  for the whole night. Sir, Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are keeping less contact with guests for the guest's good health. So On the guest request we are going in the guest room to give every service to the guest. But, As per your requirement doesn't meet our hotel policy. As per your booking you booked for 2 nights from 24.11.20 to 26.11.20. But at the time of check-in, you checked in single. When I asked about the second guest you said my friend will stay with me and she is coming. When I asked you for second guest stay, you said no she will just come for 2 hrs. and she will not stay at night and again she will come in tomorrow to leave with me. Then after you both checked-in and then after 03 Hrs. spend in the room you called at Reception for check-out. When asked, your room booking for 02 night, but you checked-out why ? But you answered I have to go for emergency work. So I completed your check-out process with your sign on the bill.As per our hotel policy we allow couples (Married/Unmarried). But should guests give proper id cards and information during check-in. If you are not satisfying the Reception staff with your proper identification.
