Hum apne family ke saath hotel 1 november ko raat ke 10:30 pm me paucha 11 pm me humne dinner order kiya hamne chicken order kiya jo chicken mila hame wo 10 din purana hoga pura smell aur sara hua tha jiski video bhi mere pass available h humne restaurent ko inform kiya usme koi response nhi kya raat ko 12: 30 me humne reception me pine ke liye pani manga bina kisi reply ke usne phone disconnect kar diya mujhe raat bhar me ek bottle pani dene wala koi nhi tha is property ka service bahut ghatiya aur bekaar h

Food was very delicious and location was perfect and facilities was awesome

Big Clean Rooms and Bathroom. Comfortable King Size Bed and Pillows. Good spread for Breakfast. Service is also satisfactory. Nice place to stay.

Our stay at the Hotel was excellent. We had a spacious and spotless room with comfortable beds and great decor, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and efficient, especially the front desk, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city. The only minor issue was that the pillows were a bit firm, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again

I have book a hotel but forgot to enter gst details and i have raised a complaint but you guys has not helped me when i was following you since the time of booking

The property location is on main road, ambiance is very good. got good tariff rate on MakeMyTrip. food quality also very good but little expensive.

There was power cut few times. This should be auto switch without any glitch . Also , TV need to be tested before giving out rooms to anyone. Shower need bucket and mug as aged people find if hard to use shower 2 Soap should be provided and with two toothbrushes if it’s double occupancy Breakfast fruits were left open for flies around that was pointed to the staff

One of the Best hotel in that area, great staff, great hospitality, all managed very properly. Definitely would recommend to go for this one without a doubt.

Delicious food, well organised rooms, very cooperative staff, it was a memorable stay for my family enroute to Nainital and value for money.

Food was good and amazing no doubt but stay ooos multiple calls and disturbing and not respecting mmt booking and rule was told super package not applied to their hotel mmt just for booking that’s it.

The breakfast timings were so tight that they took away the buffet before 10 am. Room’s telephone line was dead. Food was average. Rooms bedsheets were also in bad condition. Tap water was naturally so hot for bath.

The stay at The grand arc hotel was good. The food taste is great. Little improvements are needed on service side while serving dinner in their restaurant but ambience seems good. Overall experience was satisfactory and worth recommending others

Very good the room was good but the staff is very bad they all are not polite and they also didn’t even helpful.

The stay was awesome. I have stayed in this a lot of time. I love the pool side area of the property. Food quality was very good. Looking forward to stay at the same property whenever I will visit shahjanpur.

It was a pleasant stay , all the facilities and services were available at the hotel, comfort vise 10 out of 10 , the only thing missing at the stay was a carpet front of bathroom .... Otherwise everything was great
