The location was awesome, the entire resort is built on a slope and foothill of patratu hill.Each cottage balcony overlooks vast jungle.The infinity pool is beyond expectations.Liked the rain dance area.Food was excellent,prompt service, trained staffs made our experience too good.My overall rating would 9.5 out of 10

The stay was really nice. Loved the pool area and the swiss tent ideas. Even the food was good and the staff were very friendly and comforting. Had a hassle-free check-in. However, i would like some points to be taken care of. There was no mirror in the royal samiyana tents which was a little inconvenient. So i wish that they try and install mirrors in the room or at-least in the washroom.

The ambience is good, the staff's behaviour is also very good. Food quality and quantity is sufficient though a bit over priced. Service is prompt. The room and toilet are also clean and well maintained.

family+ mind-boggling views + excellent landscaping + well made cottages with nice facilities + good food - delayed services. Existing employees tries their best but grossly understaffed. - hygiene below par - housekeepers need to be trained whilst better cleaning chemicals need to be used. - come with the below par housekeeping, maintenance issues which is visibly growing. Location: amid-st patratu valley, surrounded by hillocks and nature

familyLocation good food did not try amenities ok services very poor booked through mmtfor 2 days, when we reached there manager refused to give us the booked room for 2 days. Instead they gave us room for 1 day only. So we checked out from the resort. We had terrible experience
