Cockroaches and rats were in the hotel, towels and bedsheeet were not changed next day and disappointed by the response

businessThe food served to me at breakfast was really amazing, i ordered and extra round of the breakfast fast provided. They can work on maintaining the cleanliness of the towels and blankets provided by them, the towels smelled really bad and the blankets had stains on it, i was on a work trip and this was the closest hotel available from where i was working so had to adjust, if they work on this 2 things they will do really well
The towels in the room looked clean and neat but were smelling like they were used and kept back
