Ac in rooms was terrible, cleanliness in washrooms is not upto mark.

Experience is very bad at the property. The pictures shown over the mmt and actual conditions are different. Rooms are smelling with dampness, no maintenance, no service, nothing good about the property at all. They are accepting booking while the property is under renovation. When you enter you feel entering into a abandoned property or devil's place, place was stinking. Remove this property from the platform. Literally the property looks haunted, very unhygienic with zero value. Never book the property.

The staff was very friendly and service was really nice.

Changed 4 rooms to get basic AC, hotel under construction- all toilet sanitiers are broken, very few staff

property was good but under construction. spa not working. gym not working. wash room leakage, swimming pool dirty , door lock key issues to open the door. staff tried it's best to co-operate, but my trip is ruined. booked it being 16 km from city to enjoy the facilities, but in vain. if it's under construction, should write it in the proposal. Disappointed.

Air condition wasn’t working at all which the hotel claimed it did as it was throwing air. But it wasn’t flowing cold air they weren’t getting the point. There were mosquitos and cockroaches in the room. The bathroom was in terrible condition. They have water leaking from the ceiling at the reception.

Property looks good only in makemytrip.com but when you reach in hotel their room AC cooling too bad to stay and then property is under construction due to which pool, gym facilities not closed since months which were promised on makemytrip.com. Very less staff to serve the guest properly on time in hotel.

Construction work is going on ,no hygiene,water unavailablity in washroom,aircondition was not working

It's a lovely property. unfortunately, we stayed here while it's being renovated. Now LEMON TREE is taking over this property and the construction is in full swing. we faced some minor issues, despite of them our stay was satisfactory and staff was supporting and courteous.

I had a terrible experience at The Competent Palace. The lobby washroom was smelly, and honestly, the entire ambience had an unpleasant odor. It felt uncomfortable right from the moment I walked in. To make matters worse, the staff took over 15 minutes just to complete the check-in process and this was despite me having a confirmed booking. Zero sense of urgency, Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting a smooth and clean stay.

Food quality is not good Room size is to short Staff is not trained Very bad service in food so oily food

Except for location, nothing is good about this property. No amenities were there in the room. The room was damaged and NO cleanliness is there. Linens and AC comforts were full of visible stains. The cleanliness of the washroom was so bad. Not recommended or will never go for this property. Don't know how they get 4 star rating..wondor

Property located in the heart of market of Selaqui area. It’s crowded. Property amenities are worst and not worth rating even 2 star. Services is also not very prompt. Had to ask for water bottles in the room multiple times. Food in the hotel was awesome. Multiple varieties and option with good taste.

This is a rubbish hotel I will never recommend anyone to go there and if you say anything bad to the staff there they don't listen like when I told them to change the bed sheet they didn't come and didn't bring the bucket

Terrible service unhygienic rooms n bathrooms. Too mu h noise due to on going construction. No one should stay there even if this hotel offers free stay.

One of the 2 rooms we booked was having too much of dampness n foul smell. Breakfast was not up to the mark and service was poor.

Stay was comfortable. Food was very tasty and staff was cooperative.

Hotel rooms are very dirty,room service very bed,rooms locks were not working.Food quality also very low

Hotel staff demanded from my guests breakfast amount in those rooms also where rooms were booked with breakfast amount. Lateron when i got this news and talked to them, they refunded amount to guests. This was horrible.
