Pavan ji is an excellent host and made sure that my friend and I had everything we needed. He also upgraded our room when we wanted a bigger one without any hesitation. The food was also excellent and the location is a good spot, close enough to the main market but still at a distance so it is quiter. make sure to ask for the garden facing bigger rooms because they are much more comfortable.

It is a good place to stay if u want away from crowd location and perfect if u are a pet parent

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful place. The location was perfect, coz we could get cabs easily and it’s just 1.5 km from landing site. It has a beautiful lawn and balcony facing local tea garden. They have an in house cafe with friendly staffs, the food was very good too. We would love to visit again in future.

My stay at birdhouse villa was wonderful. We booked deluxe room, it was spacious, clean and almost had everything you need. Location was perfect, it was close to paragliding landing site and yet far away from market’s noise and traffic. Ample space for parking and it’s a pet friendly place so we could take our fur baby along. Overall a good experience.

it's a beautiful property, the staff and the food is good. The rooms are quite big, the bathroom was clean with all needed accessories, and all things available in the room from the kettle to the glasses. water is of free cost. hall area is great with multiple books to read and board games to play. The outside area is so green, with seating arrangement, and lively ambiance.

The place was very homely and was accessible very easily as it was right by the road. The staff was very nice and helpful and rooms were well maintained and clean.

The location is located approximately 1 km from para gliding landing site. It is cosy property with good helpers. They lit bonfire at night which made our experience wonderful as it was cosy night. Newly opened cafe also offered good and tasty food

We were in bier for a day with the sole purpose of experiencing paragliding at the world's 2nd best paragliding site. We booked this hotel because of the close proximity to the landing site and didn't have great expectations but were pleasantly surprised with the hospitality. The manager, mr. Vicky is a thorough gentleman and even helped us carry our luggage to the room. The room was spacious, cosy and clean with a nice sit-out. Bathroom and linen were clean too. Despite having several cafes around, we decided to order dinner at the hotel cafe baysil, managed by dimple. Crumb fried chicken and chicken curry was awesome. Would definitely recommend this place

We recently stayed at birdhouse villa over the weekend. The room & washroom were clean. The manager, hotel staff, and kitchen staff were all well-trained and helpful. The food in their kitchen, including masala tea, poha, pizza on saturday, and north indian meals, was excellent compared to other popular cafes and restaurants in bir. They assisted us with renting a scooter, booking paragliding, and arranging an early check-in. I highly recommend them.

The place is really cosy and the host is also really great. They have very good breakfast options and very tasty bakery options. The place is best suited to travel around the bir region. Perfectly placed from all travel points. A good place to stay if you aim to travel around the place.
