no food facility , but the facility was to order from the outside , the location was good , the cleaning was poor, it's not a best choice compared to rent

We could not stay in this hotel as it was not in a state to stay. Spoke to your team and the owner of the hotel. We all mutually agreed to cancel this booking and refund the amount to me. Request you to update me on my complaint and refund my amount at the earliest please.
