It was awesome, considering the forest stay and budget-friendliness. There's a terrace for vhill night overlooking the forest. We enjoyed a lot.☺️

i booked this tadoba homestay cottage after checking out the awesome reviews, and i’ve got to say, it totally exceeded my expectations! the price, reviews about stay & homely food made me take the decision of booking this place at last minute. the hospitality here is fantastic—every bit of praise i read was spot on. the couple running the place are super friendly and made me feel right at home. the home-cooked meals? absolutely delicious! it felt like i was enjoying dinner at a relative’s house. suleman bhai was super helpful with my transfers and gave me great local tips that saved me some cash. if you’re looking for a fancy resort experience, this is not the place for you - you might want to spend more elsewhere. but this homestay has all the basics you need: a comfy bed, an almirah, air conditioning, and a clean bathroom with hot water. my needs were pretty straightforward: i didn’t want buffet food (especially in the off-season), and since i was out on 2 safaris a day, i just needed a cozy spot to crash at night. this place was perfect for my needs! i left feeling really happy! definitely ask for the hot rotis and chicken curry—the curry was so good that i had to order it for dinner two nights in a row. i’m still dreaming about it! just a quick tip: dining options in moharli are equal to "none"! one day, i just took a walk to see around and found only maggi, samosas, and chips — no real meals around! you won't even find a hotel serving idli or dosa! there are 'no' hotels to be precise. so be prepared to enjoy whatever food is served at your homestay/resort/hotel. overall, i highly recommend this place, and i will be going back here soon.

I had high expectations looking at the various reviews given by the guests. The food was good, rooms clean. But the hospitality factor was very much lacking. During eating time they just rush into picking up the plates and everything. Overall not happy with the service. They have mentioned about pick up drop service, during drop i was told there is car but which car i do not know(no assurance from their side.

The stay was one of the best experiences i ever had. The rooms are clean and well maintained with all the promised amenities. The host were the best i've met anywhere. I'll remember the warmth of their hospitality for a long time. Additionally, they have a wealth of experience of the forest flora and fauna. Especially the birds. They were also super helpful in suggesting the perfect safari for you. Last but not the least, the home cooked food was mouthwatering and not to be missed. You will not get this anywhere else. I cherished every moment i spent there. You will too, take my word for it.

The property is located bang near moharli gate of tatr. It is pretty well maintained. Caretaker was very caring & understanding, he guided us with the route & was in constant touch till we reached there. As we had a wierdly planned two safaris at different gates which were ard 80 kms apart, we were well guided regarding thr route to the next safari & expected time required to reach. Hostess, who is also a guide, also gave us few tips. Overall a very satisfying stay.

It was a very comfortable stay. Rooms were small but they were kept neat and clean. Washrooms were well maintained. Rooms were enough to take rest and sleep. Food was very homely. Caretaker suleiman was a very good person. Took care of everything.

Suleiman sir and bhabi were awesome. Their hospitality was exceelent. Place was excellent for group family couple. Food was exceptionally good, homely preparation. They were kind enough big thanks to sahil bhai for his co-ordination. Hoping to come back soon.

We had an amazing stay at Tadoba Home stay cottage!! This is a basically a home stay in Moharli village with 3 rooms on first floor which you can book if you are going with your friends or family member (9-10 members). The rooms are clean and beautifully painted with nature theme by the owner who is an artist. Each room accommodates 3 people. There is common area outside these rooms for people to hangout and have breakfast or lunch/dinner. Also, you have access to terrace, which has beautiful view of lake and village around. Here you can spend time chatting with your friends/ family over a cup of garam chai and snacks. The owners live on ground floor and provide you food and other basic services. They are very helpful and can also help you to book safari or cabs for transportation. You will get lovely home cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner served in homely style. Stay and food is at reasonable cost. Thumbs up for the service delivered. This place is for one who likes the village environment, not for ones who are looking for hotel like amenities.
