The hotel was pathetic, they were running short of everything. The heater wasn't working, the staff were rude and the food was limited.

The view from our window was absolutely breathtaking, which is exactly what we were hoping for. The room itself was very spacious and cozy. The host was extremely accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. He even invited us join celebrate his birthday with him, since it fell on our stay there. Great place.

In terms of cleanliness and facilities there is scope of improvement. Bed linens and towels should be properly washed. Washroom should be properly cleaned and room could have better facilities. Although location is really nice and i would appreciate behaviour of hotel owner mr. Sanjay. He is polite and cooperative person. Agreed to refund my amount back when i had some change in my plans to stay at kalpa. Although my free cancellation date as per mm t was expired.

Kinnaur Kailash flash view from room was incredible. Hotel staffs were very much cordial and overall a good place to explore the nature.

Location of the place gives a majestic view of Kinnaur Kailash, specially room no.301. The prompt and quality service from Sanjay has impressed me a lot. The egg curry is fabulous and tasty.
The hotel is situated at great height of Kalpa which provides a majestic view of Kinnaur Kailash from the hotel, specially room no.301. I stayed for 3 nights in May-June'18 and enjoyed every moments here. The prompt and quality service from Sanjay has impressed me a lot. Among the food items, the egg curry is fabulous and tasty. Everything was fantastic. Location was very good. View from inside the hotel was worth to mention. The hotel room was big enough for two persons. I had a good experience therein. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Could have been better. Old property with standard furnitures for people on budget, but we paid much higher than it's standard, may be for season. But the unmatched service, special attention by Mrs the, food quantity Vs price makes up for everything.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Wonderful view of the mountain range from the rooms. Behaviour of the staff is very good. All facilities and services are provide and adequate. Quality and quantity of the food is good. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Allover very good hotel for family.

This is a nice budget hotel in kalpa. You will get full view of kinnair range from the hotel room. Rooms are big but please don't expect any lavishness at such a remote place. Behavior of the staff are good.
