Sumi Palace Annexure

There is no naming board for this hotel. It is an apartment and running as hotel. Asked additional rupees for children though I have booked. AC is not working.

Room full of dust. Rooms are in 3rd floor. No lift. So we took another hotel. No parking facility with hotel

No lift, no room service. Drinking water not provided. Bad experience at hotel, not satisfied with services

We visited the place as a family of 5 members and 2kids. The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate. Clean and neat apartment. Pretty decent and helpful l staff.

I got to know this stay from make my trip and booked it during my visit to tanajvur along with my family. I really like the room, very neat and well supported hospitality. I highly recommend this for family and friends, have a great vacation during tanjavur visit.

The annex hotel is basically service apartment. They could inform this in description. The photo is for actual hotel in booking. Important part is to navigate to hotel and reception did not pick up call for long.

It is pleasant place. Very comfortable for family. If you are coming with large group book this stay. This apartment stay. 1bkk room and 2bhk rooms are available here with ac. Food option not available here. For that you have to go to main road. Also you have to park your car nearby places. But enough space available to park. Service also good. The location provided does not take you directly to the apartment. You'll end up in the adjacent lane. Welcome drink/tea was not given as mentioned in their description. We had to ask for towels as it was not provided in the room. We had to remind them again after waiting for nearly an hour. Tv didn't function. The door locks were faulty. The air conditioner in one of the rooms didn't provide enough cooling. No basic facilities like a kettle (as mentioned in their amenities) all you get is a spacious apartment and the proximity to the nearby tourist attractions and town is easy.

Reachable. Staff were cooprative. Acs and heaters were working well. Rooms were neat and clean. This family suit apartment was spacious.
