property is nice, tidy and people are good and supportive. timely cleaning and prompt.

The location was good, just opposite Manmad junction. The rooms were clean. The only problem was that the bathroom was not very clean and the AC remote didn't work. Except this, overall the stay was nice and comfortable. The check-in and check-out was smoothly done late night.

Toilet and toilet area are terrible. Corner of the room is spit and foul smell.

The property is at very good location, just outside the Manmad station, hardly you need to walk 10-20 meter when you exit the station and the service is also good.

Property is right match for travellers travelling via train, it’s just opposite to Railway station gate. Good and helping staff, nearby restaurants available for food.

The condition of the rooms were not at all similar to the photos We changed our room at the start because the bathroom door was faulty. Then in the evening i saw cockroaches rooming in the room. There was also a house lizard in the bathroom.

Good supportive and cooperative staff they were very cordial and supported a lot of info about local details

Over the very good decent room, good service in the hotel. But need to more the cleaning in the room.

Not a wow experience as room and wash room is not clean. But only location is near to railway station.

Location perfect no food service available but nearby restaurants are decent amenities are basic services minimal

+ location is just opposite to the station +staff tries to help even mid night — no cleanliness — towels, toilets, bedsheets were horrible..

Smelly rooms, no parking space for cars, bathrooms were smelling and fixtures were not in use and in broken conditions, no hot water in bathrooms, no room service

Pathetic service and quality from the hotel side, room and washroom are very dirty when i asked them to clean, they argued with me.

Reception is very cordial and friendly. We reached at 1 am midnight and we are overwhelmed with the response given to us for smooth check-in

The room was comfortable. Value for money. Staff were very friendly and cooperative. Location is excellent. As soon as one comes out of the railway station, one will hit the hotel. Our train reached at 4. 00am. We didn't have any problem at that hour too.

PROS 1. The staff are very very Helpful and Humble. 2. Hotel Sugandha Residency is directly opposite Railway Station and I am having train at early morning 3:00 O clock so best choice for me. 3. AC is working fine 4. Water is coming all day although hot water is not available. 5.They tried maximum to maintain the ambience clean but cockroaches destroyed it. CONS. 1. Bathroom is smelling although they helped by spraying phenols. 2 There are cockroaches everywhere MY BED PILLOW IN BATHROOM SINK IN COMMODE There is a cigarette tray which is not cleaned. Staff should have removed it since they gave room to the family with two women. It's great choice for whom want to board the train early morning and late night I would recommend it Go for it

Location wise it is very good if you are looking for a hotel near the railway station, just opposite the maintenance of the station, it is good if you please for only one night stay, price is cheaper compared to other hotels, toilets are not mentioned properly but ok, for food you have to go outside, room size is small.

Near railway station, hotel hygiene, comfortable stay, staff was cooperative, prompt service

The room was very small. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Water was not coming from the basin tap. All taps were not working properly.
