We had a wonderful stay at Sri Sai Ram Residency in Rameshwaram. The room was very neat and clean, perfect for families. They also provided a cab for visiting nearby places at a reasonable price.

Average hotel with stinking washrooms. Rooms size are fine but washroom don’t have exhausts attached to them

Staff is ok but don,t take cab as suggestion staffs.am facing such issue otherwise no issue

I reached the hotel at 4 am, found the room well allotted, the checkin was easy, and quick. The hygiene was good, bed etc. Clean, and the bellboy was very cooperative. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thanks to the staff.

Found property through mmt, but it's quality is below average. Spending 4k+ per night for such a hotel is not a wise decision. No other facilities except staying. The room and washroom are not up to the market standard. The lift is very small in size, even difficult for two people to fit into it. The only good thing about the hotel is its staff, very much cooperative and polite.

Very nice and clean. Staff was also good. Near to temple, just walking distance. Room was cleaned and also staff was active for service.

Nice hospitality, neat and clean room. The manager was so polite and confirmed the booking over the phone.

The washroom was not clean and flush not working. We had a complaint but nobody attended. Really poor experience

It was bad experience we booked two rooms, where in one room cupboard was not there, even there were not space to keep your bags and cloths, in both rooms most of the electric switches was not working properly, felt difficulty in even charging of phones

Pros: location is some 15-20 mins walkable to temple. Room is clean, looks like newly built. Restaurant, small shops near by cons: front desk person's approach not welcoming, very rigid on the hotel policy, please dont ask any genuine favor, check in should be done as per time 12pm else you have been treated as a guy asking room for free

Sri sairam palace in rameshwaram is a family friendly budget stay with decent rooms and helpful staff who cater to guest requests politely.

The so called manage/ claimed to be the owner of the hotel at the reception has no knowledge how to deal with customer. No room service no phone to call room service. An old man with lungi has been appointed as room service hardly available. No tv, although connection is there. When i enquired why tv is not available, the receptionist owner replied all hotels in entire street connection has been cut off. I went to the hotel next door and asked and found tv connection is intact. When i asked the manager he again took another plea that entire sairam hotel connection is trouble. I checked with a customer in the room no 103 and found tv coverage as usual. When i asked the so called lungi wearing owner why he made wrong statements and check out. I had no time but wanted relaxing so i took another hotel with lesser price and full service next door. Extremely horrible.

Small room, very conjusted, ceiling light was blinking after switch off the light. Toilet was not hygienic. Bathroom mirror not good. Lift was very very bad
