businessWe have booked 3 rooms 6 people (2 people in each room) for 1 day. Our check-in time was 12pm on 19th Feb 2025. When we went to the hotel to check-in at 9pm that night still the room wasn’t ready to check-in as only person was available to clean the rooms or in the reception . Even after check-in the rooms towels and soaps were not provided and bathrooms were not clean at all. During the whole night there was no electricity in 2 rooms. Even after consulting the receptionist, he mentioned that generator is not working and power will be back in 30 minutes, but no power till morning 7:15am. I mean if we book a hotel this is not the kind of service we expect and after booking so many times in Makemytrip this not hotel listings we expect.

I would say one of the worst experience inf-act the worst. Bed linen was so dirty, initially they have shown me 2 rooms which i cant express in words how terrible they are. Until ive asked they didnt even gave me a water bottle not even soaps in the washroom. I had to checkout in few hours bcoz of how bad the hotel is
