Sri Bhakyam Lodge

Checkin process is not smooth. Even thought called twice to confirm, they dont have any records of online booking and asking each and every information. Waiting time to get room takes long time and gone through bad hospitility. No heater in room (non ac) bedsheet not provided. Given used pillow cover and they are not changing. Bathroom in bad condition.

Property Location: Good No Restaurant Amenities: Worst Services: No Service at all. Not even once Room & Washroom are cleaned, Bedsheets changed in the span of our 4 Days Stay in the Hotel.

manager took extra 200. very rude. worst room. no sheet on the bed, when asked gave one and told to make the bed my self. no drinking water. no power whole day. no hot water. whole lodge was vacant, I understood why later. do not recommend to anyone.

Most Third Grade Hotel which I have ever seen tiny room, No Hot Water, Flush not working.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. We encountered numerous issues during our visit. The washroom was completely unclean and appeared to be unmaintained. Furthermore, the rooms were dirty. I strongly recommend that this hotel be removed from MakeMyTrip. My rating 0/5.

very worst room with broken walls and not even 1% hygiene and no cleaniness

Please remove from make my trip. worest maintenance. Lot of insects. In washroom they kept dust and other items. No food. poor maintenace. Worst cleanlenese. No roomboy. No Soup towel. It is worth for 200 rs per day not 918 per day.

Worst experience. Travelled with senior citizens and booked for 3 ppl. Been a struggle to get bed for the 3rd person with the hotel mentioning they MakeMyTrip charged for 2 ppl. Not so neat lodge and car parking is left at the mercy of street side walks. Would never recommend this hotel for a decent

Very old premises, rooms poorly maintained, bathroom door hanging on its hinges, loose wall paint falling off at places. Overall a very poor experience.

Useless accommodation, toilet flush is not working, no extra cot was provided, no amenities available, no soap & towel provided, bathroom is 1. 5 feet height and old people were unable go inside bathroom, only extra bed was provided not the cot

Cleanliness is very worst. Don't suggest this lodge for the stay. Very worst in cleanliness. It is very irritating.

We felt very bad experience. There is no cleanliness inside the room, many cockroaches are staying inside the room with us, no drinking water facility.

Property was really terrible bathroom was very dirty no air inside the room room also not sweep-ed please rectify and change it.

Worst communication I booked three room but that particular lodge has given my booked room to another person in personal !

The manager on arrival allotted my room to another traveller and says you cancel the booking i will make arrangements in other guest house. Very bad situation. I was adamant saying if i cancel i will not get any refund. I had to literally fight with the manager and making him understand. How make my trip is included such type of lodges. Very sad
