the SPG HOTEL is average in cleanliness and the worst thing is they are very unprofessional, we were waited for half n hour at the reception to get our bill clear so that we can checkout ASAP. No one was there in the reception when we were checking out from the SPG HOTEL which is not appropriated. rest, everything was good

Had a good stay rooms quite spacious and clean. Little expensive considering few things like the quality of the bed sheet towels etc. Food quality was good. Room service is little slow and needs improvement including restaurant. The staff were very good and courteous.
