The hotel staff was very rude on the phone...there was a hole in the bathroom door, the floor was sticky, I had to wait 20 minutes for my room even though I checked in the evening, the bedsheet was small for the bed .... overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in my life

the hotel is average in cleanliness and the worst thing is they are very unprofessional, we were waited for half n hour at the reception to get our bill clear so that we can checkout ASAP. No one was there in the reception when we were checking out from the hotel which is not appropriated. rest, everything was good

S pg hotel is a excellent hotel. I stayed there room is very clean, room service is good. Hotel staff members behaviour are very polite. The price of hotel is little bit higher but it's ok.

businessHad a good stay rooms quite spacious and clean. Little expensive considering few things like the quality of the bed sheet towels etc. Food quality was good. Room service is little slow and needs improvement including restaurant. The staff were very good and courteous.
