The Hotel was above our expectation and welcome we received from Mr. Suresh was Great. Everything was working absolutely fine and we had pleasant stay. The Breakfast was also very elaborate and we got hot Dosa and Omlette too.

Nice location to sivakasi. And the play area is also a nice cone with family also peaceful place ...

Very near to the bus stand, rooms are comfortable and well maintained, but they can offer some milk powder and tea pouches in the room. Good breakfast

I have booked a room and payed before the cancellation time. But the hotel informed me that they didn't receive the payment and the room is cancel-led on the check in date. I have lost my money and i need a full refund as soon as possible. And i have registered the complaint and there are no updates till now. Please refund my money asap

the room was really spacious and family friendly. the car parking and kids play area at the front was really nice. restaurant was also good and the ambience was also good. worth the money 👍🏻. it was a pleasant stay with good hospitality

The receptionist and managing people's give very good support and hospitality good. Room is so clean and room service available on time. We enjoyed the room very much

Bad service from the hotel staff. The way receptionist welcomed the customers was not friendly. Very poor quality food in the restaurant. Not worth the money paid. Wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there. Send the booking voucher to hotel on time, we had to wait at the hotel due to delay in recieving voucher mail at the reception

Stayed in the junior suite. Must say the amenities and service are not worth the price of 4. 5k. The hotel knew 3 ppl were about to stay in the room but only provided towels, soaps, drinking water etc. For only one person. We had to ask for the same. The ac remote wasn't working. There was a kettle but no cups or coffee powers, tea, sugar etc. To make anything the food in th restaurant was good but the breakfast spread needs to be made much better. The staff are overstretched and need training on customer service. Overall an average stay.

I stayed at sivakasi sparkle inn for 1 day. The hotel is very clean and neat. Especially i stayed for a temple visit. Early morning 3am also can have hot water. Hotel food taste good. All the juices are fresh.

Hotel is in the heart of Sivakasi and is well maintained.

This was first time I stayed in Sparkle Inn and the staffs are very courteous and rooms are also spacious. Basic toiletries, kettle were provided and bathrooms were clean and properly functional. I really liked my stay there.

I really upset over the unclean bed linen water clogged toilet floor and wash hand basin no hot water shower. Horrible and will never ever repeat my stay. I felt deceived by way of billing and wrong property.
