SIRMOUR RETREAT

Gr8 location and property with riders! Property located almost on a hill top with amazing views all around! Rooms are gud for a couple of nights at most. Service is decent, staff always trying to please. Dinner & breakfast was average at best! Approach is a little tricky just b4 the property. U hv to drive past a temple with a narrow road with stalls set up at the slightest religious occassion!

Good food, enjoy sunrise, open area for kids and family to enjoy under the sky with clouds

average expenses, some insects in room,bathroom cleaning is average, swimming pool cleaning is very bad, some guest without pre showers use directly use pool without costumes and use sleepers in pool.

Had some concern regarding usage of Swimming, which was resolve after having word with MMT customer care support. Rest all seems perfect, good to have indoor pools, perfect place for family time out.

This resort is worth. One should spend holiday atleat once. Very smiling and cooperative people and make you feel having luxury and leisure at your happiness

Amazing place for chilling. Mesmerising view from the hotel on both the sides. 10 out of 10 for the hospitality. Special thanks to vikas arranging everything with a big smile. I would love to visit again there.

A great place for staycation with family and friends . Calmness of nature with soothing winds of nature.

The property is good. But the supporting staff is not as per the expectation. The prices are also very high in comparison to other similar properies.

wrong location. wrong address they mentioned they are Hotel in Renuka. Reality is that they are in Jamta, 32km away from Renuka ji. I followed their map location. it took me far behind in a terrible area. They didn't provide slippers for using washroom. They didn't provide bath soap. Had to use a tiny hand soap for bath. They didn't provide shaving gel & razor. एप वाले मैप की लोकेशन हमें रिजॉर्ट से 32 km दूर ले गई। इन्होंने लिखा है होटल इन रेणुका। जबकि ये रेणुका जी से एक घंटा 15 मिनट दूर जमटा में हैं। इन्होंने न तो बाथरूम के लिए चप्पल दिया, न ही नहाने का साबुन दिया। हमे हाथ धोने के छोटे से साबुन से नहाना पड़ा। न ही शेविंग जेल और रेजर दिया।

Overall the stay was good. Foo f was good, socially thar breakfast. There were indoor activities which was good. Staff was helpful. The resort is beautifully located at the heights and the view is awesome, but the problem we faced was travel-ling with senior citizens is difficult. The road to reach the place is quite difficult to reach for them. It is not recommended for senior citizens. Overall the experience was good!

We had a nice getaway at sirmour retreat. The best part about the stay was the calmness that this place exudes. The staff were nice and cooperative. The quality of food that this place serves is excellent too. Would definitely revisit.

Location is excellent and scenic. However, due to the steep location and no track or green patch inside the property, enjoying a walk is hardly an option.

In these days when almost in every station there is congestion, but thanks to nah-an where the natural greenery is fascinating. The stay at simmour retreat adds a thumbs up in out trip.

An unassuming location off the beaten path. Superbly maintained property with lush green surroundings, literally one can hear the wind and the birds chirping. Good food, courteous staff who are willing to go that extra mile. Excellent for a quite holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the commercialised hill stations and their over crowded mall roads. Enough to keep you occupied on the property. Tambola, games, grappling, burma bridge, snooker, tt etc

Not able to extend. Nothing extra. Very disappotiontive. It was disappointing me at least some option should be there

Bad experience no breakfast included

Missing swimming pool which can add an extra joy to customer’s experience. Rest, food and rooms are good.

This resort is situated at the top of the jam-ta hills in sirmour and gives you a bird's eye view of the nah-an city. The staff in the resort is really courteous and polite. Food is awesome and they also arrange games and boon fire with dj at night on weekends

They will ask you for payment saying that they didn't receive from makemytrip. I then contracted makemytrip and problem got solved. Otherwise double payment! very expensive for a tarrif of 5000 plus accomodation. Poor facilities, you have to argue for everything with management. Staff cooperative. Rooms cramped. Food reasonably good but not as tasty as they claim. Location unsafe to reach for an ordinary driver.
