1. Uncleaned rooms with full off fungus on walls, roof , door . 2. No hot water available for the bath. It was provided in a pathetic bucket. 3. No swimming pool available but was mentioned in amenities 4. No any activities available as listed under activity. 5. No massage or Hamam bath etc available. 6. The bed and pillow were full of dust . The bed sheet is literally having holes. 7. Property is not maintained properly. 8. Only 1 staff member is available for every work.
