Horrible stay , room was bad, toilet was horrible, no towel, single blanket provided for 2 people. I had to open the main gate to take out my car ( no security ) overall terrible experience

Very bad service in hotel like food room

The trip was with my family and the experience was pretty good. Though the hotel was by a lane and a little bit interior, but we find it very easily. The atmosphere was very good and the area was silence and peaceful. They provided two rooms for us and the rooms were nice. In the first room, the ac was working properly but in the second room, ac was not working properly. After complaining they repaired it. The staffs of the hotel were very helpful.

The room was spacious, neat and clean. The bed was comfortable, the bedsheet and blanket were clean. Ac and tv were functioning well. The washroom was clean. The location is good and easy to locate. The staff was cooperative and helpful.

Food is good. Breakfast is served at 9 o'clock. Room is also good and clean. There service is the only point of concern. Service is not so good. No one in there in the reception for attending any requests from room. Room service was also bad. It will be a perfect hotel if they improve their services.

Everything was good. In short it was an average type of stay which was neither too bad nor too good.

The bed sheet was not clean, service was poor. The cleanliness of the washroom was terrible and the flush was not functioning. There was a lack of staff at the hotel. There was no variety at breakfast and quality was not good at all. The location was in a remote area.

The intercom service was not good. In this location, it is one of the best hotels. The manager was very supportive and his wife as well.
