Shirui Lily Hotel

The location is perfect and the staffs are much co operative . All amenities are better.

I recently stayed at the Shirui Lily Hotel in Imphal, booked through MakeMyTrip, and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's appearance on MakeMyTrip matched perfectly with the actual premises. The rooms were clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations. Although I had booked a non-AC room, the hotel kindly upgraded me to an AC room due to the warm temperature, which was a lovely gesture. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend Shirui Lily Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Imphal.

I'm happy with the hospitality they have given to me. I'm satisfied with the cleanliness thougt it's not upto the mark.

Hotel facilities are not good, load shedding issues & no generator facility for back up electricity & fooding quality is also not good & sufficient.

Room not clean generator backup is not available mobile charging system is not available food is not available well water is not available

In one word, terrible. Please don't book. I am the lone traveller for last two nights. Tv not working, doors broken, no keys, no power back up, dirty linen. The hotel seems to be lacking in basic maintenance despites been accessibly located. They might improve also in future. But, for the time being, it's pathetic.

The bathroom of shirui lily hotel needs to be repaired specially the wash hand basin and moreover the room is so noisy even during the mid night due to active traffic, and all the blankets and pillow cover were of low grade. But staffs were helpful.

Location is good, food not available in resturant, hygiene & saftey is ok.

There was no one to help us with the luggage and when in call the number no one was there to answer the call. This is a very bad experience i have ever experienced in my entire life. They did not even have tissue paper. I really don't know what to say. People travel to other places to happy and homely, but i did not feel really good with shirui lily hotel, it's really bad, i recommend others not to even stay at this place

Entry from basement, reception on 1st floor, rooms start from 2 floor and 3 rd floor, no lift, narrow staircase, sabby rooms, dirty linen, the main door closes at 9 pm

Worst experience ever in my life. Mm t should verify before taking any hotel under them

Very dirty they even don’t have a soap and the room was so smelly, pillow was so smelly and the worse part is that was room is disaster

It is at the centre of the imphal city and room were neat and clean

No hygiene water was tripping in wash room from the seling

Location is good, food is not up-to the mark, room service is ok.
Hotel service is good, location is also good, but the overall cleanness of the hotel is not up-to the mark, also the hotel food is not value for money.

Poor service not ac working not staff service poor i am not satisfied others person i am not recommending

Breakfast was only 3 pieces of bread with butter and tea

I stay only for its location. That is very good.
