The quality of room was poor, poor facility, lack of cleanliness. Rats and mosquitoes were present which was unpleasant.

familyOne of the worst experience of my life. Their room is terrible. Their service terrible. There xerox machine which they use to make a copy of your id card also doesn't work. Staff is not at all humble.

Every thing has to be improved like bathroom, bed sheets. The essential articles were missing Soap, towel etc. Situated at good location. The staff was cordial and helpful.
