it's one of the best Hotel in location. staff is also good, but needs to be professional.

there is no management, reception is all time empty, there is no service properly.

only 2 liter of water provided for 2 rooms for the entire stay..I asked for normal water but was not provided

We had a amazing experience especially the staff was quite polite . We had requested for late checkout . They were very nice and helpful even for late arrival and checkout process

Rooms were not bad . But reception nd approach was ok ok.Parking space was gud

untidy washroom , service was average room not ready on time , registration was done prio

Pleasant stay at SDK, staff is cooperative, you do not have hotel nearby . So after 7pm food is a challenge

As few choices in the town it’s great this place is there, new and good rooms, AC and hot water. Good WiFi. Great location. Really good value and worth it to be able to climb the hill in the evening or morning to avoid the heat!

property is 10km from channarayapatna town. 1km from sravanabelagola. place is peaceful and neat. lot of parking space available. no in house provision for food. there is a tea shop just beside the hotel and a new snack bar which serves burger/pizza/sandwich/juices and shakes. hotel Raghu which is 700m(near entry of jain temple) away is a good option for food.

I wanted to book a place from where we could go to Shravanabelegola , Halebid and Belur. I booked this place seeing a review that it was the only decent place to stay around Shravanabelegola. I agree with that review totally. It is a small town and can't expect very high standards but this place had quite decent sized rooms and overall clean with a good space for parking.

This property is located appx 500m from main temple. Rooms are clean and have AC and hot water facility. Hotel staff is very cooperative & arranges pick up and drop from railway station. Only one point that hotel should consider is non availability of tea coffee facility (kettle with tea coffee sachet). Although there is a tea coffee shop adjacent to hotel. And the hotel doesn’t provide food services.

Good and hygiene hotel staff were very polite for the price we paid it was worth it had a comfortable stay

Stayed for 1 night in deluxe ac room and my experience was good. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of both the Vindhyagiri and the Chandragiri hillls. The parking space is huge and thats always important. Ive seen people writing very negative reviews and I respect their opinion but speaking for myself since I travel a lot I temper my expectations as per the place. Well Sravanabelagola is not really a touristy place like Kodaikanal or Mysore and its only a small town. This hotel is the only decent place to stay which is clean, newly constructed , the ac works well, continuous hot water is available. For me its enough, I never go for room service etc and for me it doesnt matter. Finding a staff in the hotel is difficult if you need suddenly but for me the person who was there was available when needed him mostly. Their rooms have good basic infrastructure like Jaguar fittings in toilet but somehow the finishing during construction could have been better, didnt matter to me. For me it was more than decent stay. Would come back here if I return to SB.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night, booking 3 ac rooms as part of family tour. This is a budget hotel, relatively new construction. At entrance, hotel looks small, but rooms are big, clean and neat. No restaurant or food service. Service is average. Location is good.

I and my wife stayed at sdk residency at shravanbelgola. We had a very pleasant stay there. We could do darshan quite conveniently. Hot water availability in the hotel is a good feature plus its location on the main road. Another good feature is the availability of lot of parking space for cars.

The hotel rooms were neat and clean with comfortable amenities. Although this hotel does not cater for food, i would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, service and location. Good choice to stay with family.

Neat rooms and bathroom. Overall hygiene was good. Good ventilation in the rooms.
