It is a very poor, badly maintained hotel. The rooms are musty & smelly, and there are pigeon droppings everywhere. The overall ambience is extremely poor, and the fort in the name is highly misleading.

Nice fort-styled resort on the outskirts of barmer. Definitely worth staying on your way to jaiselmer. Food is good. Breakfast is also good, but there is room for improvement. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

The property location is amazingly beautiful, as if a palace in sand dunes. Neighborhood of the hotel is very peaceful. The property is well maintained. Rooms were spacious, clean. Restaurant ambience was very charming and the food quality was good.

businessSanchal fort is a beautiful palace like building in the mahabar sand dunes. Very tastefully designed, airy corridors, rooms with very high ceilings, all staff dressed in traditional ethnic dress, very courteous staff, very well maintained and clean premises. My stay here is the one of the best i have ever enjoyed in a hotel. Lush green lawns maintained in the compound right in the midst of desert. One can listen to the chirping of birds all day long. The resort is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very serene surroundings. Stay here is like staying in a palace.

We stayed here during our rajasthan road trip. We felt like staying in a palace as the name suggests sanchal fort. Food was too good we tried lal ma-ans and we other items. Very nice and calm place to relax. I would recommend this property if you are planning stay in barmer. I would also like to mention that this place has ample parking space.
