Sanasar Huts | Rooms in a Homestay

No cleaning, dust on floor, table chair, dirty bed sheets, stingy smell from blanket. Horrible

Broken beds, used bed sheets and blankets, no care taker, dirty washrooms. Each room costed us about 2700 rupees, it's not worth even 500 rupees.

There were no locks in the hut there were spider webs all over the room bedding was untidy bathrooms were unclean caretaker was drunk and came just once while check in caretaker did not receive calls throughout the day stair case which led to room was broken and is dangerous kitchen was pathetic, unhygienic. Had a terrible experience. Not recommended for any one

The staff is very friendly and cordial. They take utmost care of the guests. Decent enough place for staying.

Our stay with sanasar huts was very pleasant. Mr rajneesh help us alot through out our stay. We booked two huts. We enjoyed alot. If you really wanna enjoy the beauty of sanasar then must go for these huts rather than any hotel.

This is my first time visit to sanasar huts and the experience was awesome. I really appreciate the way owner behaves with us was really appreciable. Surely would like to visit again.

Good stay but need some renovation of the property.

Beautiful surroundings and a wonderful lake view, mid of jun e and it's 15 degrees what a beautiful weather and nice lake with shikara rides and much more but the arrangement in hut needs a serious check, the management of hut is doing a very poor job in maintaining it, even basic facilities are lacking. I must say that nature is at its best but humans are leaving no stone unturned to spoil it. God gives them a sense to maintain it.

the location n scenic view of the hut is beautiful. stair at entrance has broken flooring making it vulnerable for a fall. the bed sheets/ pillow covers were dirty. the hut including kitchen n washroom were not clean. there were no toiletries besides the towels.

Location was awesome, but the hotel service not good.

Very bad experience at hut on my vacation. There were no proper kitchen facility. No lock was provided during the stay. Very pathetic experience.

location of the property is excellent but care taker/staff was rude, irresponsible and in cooperative। Biggest problem was the water supply which is very unreliable and choked washbasin । Owner seems to be a good and polite person but he has to improve the basic amenities।

We were really disappointed when we entered the room. Washroom was not clean, room was filled with flies, kitchen utensils were very dirty, geyser was not working, no dustbin provided in room or washroom, bed linen was dirty, no toiletries provided, not even a soap. For food we had order from outside and caretaker brought it for us, we even had to order a tissue packet for us. At this price of 3300 we could have got a really good hotel in patnitop. The owner really need to check on maintenance of his property. Will not recommend to anyone.

Great and peaceful location right in front of sanasar lake. Hospitality was very nice. There is a private kitchen in the hut with all the basic utilities. The staff was very helpful. We had a bonfire at night and a beautiful sunrise view in the morning.

All was good there is no harm of snow and animals and we like the location. Staff is very polite with us and we like the food too. Blankets and bedsheets are also neat and clean.

It was awesome experience while staying at sanasar hut. It feels like heaven.
