arrogant reception, too many cockroachs, Matt's were dirty, bathroom was adjustable not clean. moreover, we checkin on 24th, 5pm and on 25th requested 30 mins extension but ignored though plenty of rooms were vacant

familyPrime location, hotels available near by, rooms are comfortable with AC and heater. Deluxe or above rooms would suit families. This is the only decent option available in this small town. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. car parking is available at basement and it can accomodate big cars.

Decent and comfortable place to stay

The rooms were spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was good. Easy to locate. Parking space was decent. The only minus is the food. Complimentary breakfast was provided. But the food is served only at 08:30 a. M. And not before. The food has to brought from outside. People were hanging outside waiting for the food to arrive. And the food was served in a small cramped space which could seat 6 to 7 persons only. Two options were available. Idly and/or pongal. And one vada. You are refused if you ask for the second vada. Tea or coffee is not served. If asked for the same, one staff would run to the local tea shop outside to fetch the same. The hotel could avoid complementary breakfast, if they are unable to give them properly.

The hotel was nice. Room and bathroom were compact. Ample car parking available. They didn't provide complimentary breakfast due to Pongal festival. At the same time there is no proper restaurant in this Town. If anyone looking for stay over there in this Town, please make a note that you won't get decent restaurant. Overall this is the only one better hotel in this Town. Except the food. If the hotel management provide restaurant service with hygienic food, that would be great for visitors.

The hotel's location was easily approachable. It was a family stay. Everything was good in this hotel. Breakfast food quality was very good. Their service was also nice. The allotted room's size was medium, not so big, not so small. Washroom was hygienic. So, overall it was a value for money stay for us.

Decent stay in a remote place

It was a great experience staying at the hotel. It was near to the bus stand. Only one problem which I have faced that the wi-fi was not accessible form my room as the renovation was going on. The breakfast was also very nice. The staff was helpful.
