Property is very good, nice stay and service good facilities

The experience was terrible , wifi is not working , beddings are not washed , bed is also not good , matress is too hard , no food near the hotel nor any restaurant nearby , mobile has no network , no water bottle no cutlary present, beach view is also not good. Apart from that they accepted our booking irrespective of they were doing construction in that property , do not prefer this in future.

1. welcome with dispute: when we reached they asked you have to pay 1299. due to your mentioned below 12 year kidd , but they have there own policy...we are consider above 6 year kidd as adult and apply equivalent charges....not allowed check-in all most after 3 hours i'm seating with my family in reception.😡food quality: food quality is not up to the mark.roome: water flow is very slow. toilet jet spre was broken.lots many

There were many drawbacks as compared to price 1. Room service was not at all good 2. Waiter doesn’t know the price of food or any other details 3. Hot water was not available. Share me the discount now

Salt water dapoli has excellent service and ambience, fod quality was amazing typical konkani sea food speciality

1. Room was on ground floor, it's a major security concern that window was not getting locked. Not even getting completely closed 2. No intercom, which means i have to visit personally each time, if i have issues 3. Each request was a project for them. Bath towels not provided after 3 to 4 request, when i was angry then they delivered 4. Tv was not working, after 4 to 5 request. It got resolved 5. This is the first pathetic experience in my traveling experience, where i have paid for the services which are not even 25% of value for money 6. Hospitality - zero. I do not want any discounts. Feedback should be taken on positive notes, which will help them to improvise their services.

I travel-led to dapoli with my family and stayed one night at this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good as it is right on the beach. However, the rooms are very basic with no sea view and not much of facilities. This could be a place to crash for a night if you are in transit but not if you are looking for a perfect beach holiday. About food, we didn't had lunch/ dinner here but the breakfast in the morning again was bit of let down with very limited options and stale taste. Overall, a passable place.

Location and property is nice, aptly located on beach front. Rooms are clean, during long stay you may have to tell the staff to change sheets & towels. They don’t know it has to be done. One can enjoy the food at beach facing restaurant. Local touch on food taste is missing, tastes like typical restaurant that you find in any city.

The location of property is excellent and food is also good. The parking space is cramped and facilities are average. Rooms are ok and can accommodate 5 people. Had to every time call somebody from reception if you need anything. Room cleaning is not done on time and have to remind the staff everyone for everything

Good location, but reqd indication boards to find as range is not available & hence navigation is off. Rest all food, ambience, cleanliness is good.
