Just an average place, nothing great!good location

room maintenance was very nice, staff is very cooperative and helpful and the food was fantastic.

Overall, a pleasant stay, but a bit overpriced for the experience. Location: Conveniently located on the main road with easy access. Service: Prompt and courteous staff — very helpful throughout the stay. Food: Breakfast options were limited; could use more variety. Room: Decent-sized room with a comfortable bed. However, towels felt worn out and not as soft as expected. The stay was good overall, but the pricing felt slightly high for the value offered.

The ambience is so nice. The staff are so humble, and their check-in experience is really awesome. Good break fast, and the restaurant personnel are so curtious and helpful. Rooms are well maintained, and the service is so good. We are very happy to stay

The toilet seat was broken, and the toilet paper rolls were wet once and dried, mold in the bathroom, and a bad sewage smell. Photos look good in advertisements and rating is hype. Also breakfast is very very limited worst experience. Also in night took some time to find entrance to reception which is on 3rd floor.

It was comfortable staying at the hotel. Even though the room was bit smaller, i am impressed with cleanliness. Staff's were very co operative and helpful. The most convenient thing is the location of the property, which is right in the middle of the town and have access to all adjacent locations.

Very nice and clean and sanitized feel to the whole place. Food was tasty and the staff very courteous and nice people. Will recommend this for anyone who is looking for a stay in this part of kerala

We requested for a single bed standard room as we had an infant baby with us. However, we were given a twin room which caused a lot of inconvenience. Also, poor services as the issues such as cable tv, hot water we're not resolved by the staff in spite of several reminders. Overall, not worth the money we paid!

First there were mosquitoes in the room. Next, even after asking to clean the room, no new toiletries were furnished for a two day stay. Third, breakfast was to be served starting 7 am as advertised but no one seemed to be there even at 7:25 am!
