Very poor service Attitude of staff sitting at reception was horrible. Do not eat from inside restaurant, highly over priced.

very worst even the basics was not provided properly shower hand flush was not working it was blocked. no bedsheet was provided toilet was unclean .it was a horrible stay pls avoid this hotel if u want a peaceful stay lift was not working. on informing the staffs about the complaint they were very rude and arrogant

WORST STAY IN MY LIFE. IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF... AC NOT WORKING. THEY CHANGED ROOM AND THERE TOO AC WAS NOT WORKING.

No basic amenities present in the room. Reception people are not polite. I stayed the same hotel before but this time it was not that good.

Just ok..! We stayed for one night. The room was decent, but there were mosquitoes and the bathroom was not clean. Overall average, but works if it is just a quick stopover.

Hotel was clean 2.People booked through online are not treated equally as compared to those who did direct booking 3.We had updated primary guest via customer care which was not updated as per hotel records 4.No courtesy to allow 1 hour of late check out citing we had booked online 5.Nobody attended call when contacted through the number registered 6.Highly differentiative treatment if booked online, was made to wait long for room allotment

A/c not working, had to shift room 3 times, it seems they have a timer and the a/c does not work more than 10 minutes continuously. Bathroom rooms very poorly maintained

Friendly receptionist, good and tasty food, good rooms, prime location. Overall nice experience

The staff in reception was very rude, he judges people based on the mode of booking. Worst experience in my life. Moreover toilet is not cleaned properly.

Hotel rs r i found this hotel on google, hotel is good hygiene maintained properly staff is friendly complementary breakfast only for ac rooms, food quality was excellent overall my stay was good

Stay is quiet good. The property was not renovated properly and most of the services we available only when requested and not by default. Friendly staffs. Apart from that all good

I have made a reservation for one deluxe double ac room for my self and my friend at rs r residency for 30th april 2024. When we checked in the room were with foul smell and full of dirty. They have kept previously used blanket, towels etc. The wash room was too dirty. The floors, taps, closet, cupboard, desk top, everything were fully dirty. When we complained about this in the reception and shown them the photographs we took from the room, they were telling that, no body has complained yet about these things and they are treating similarly for the guests since more than 5 years. I have photos of the ugly items and i am ready to share with anybody. This is the worst experience i got ever. After our complained they were ready to change the room and requested to inspect 2 other rooms with same specs. When we visit the rooms they are worst than the room allotted to us. So we request them to clean the room again and we will use it for the time being. Even after their cleaning there were no much difference. So i never recommend rs r residency at sivakasi (tamil nadu) for any body

The reception staff very rude. Hotel room allotted not clean; particularly bathrooms not maintained clean and hygienic. Also the hotel tries to cheat the customer in invoices. They try to delay the invoices. Very bad experience staying in this hotel. Will not stay again in this hotel in future and recommend this hotel to anybody. Not a good property. Very disappointed.

In the past i stayed here it was a pleasant experience, but this time, not. Not taking ownership, for cooling issues on ac, and facing hurting words. Further can't entertain here myself.

I have made booking and paid full amount when i reach the hotel for stay they told there is no booking it was so embrassing when i show the invoice they gave room and there is no tv no telephone no hot water very worst service from rsr residency sivakasi
