White Haven Luxury Villa

First of all its not entire villa but just the first floor of the Villa. The property is not worth the price they charge. Ac in the rooms did not work. Broken cup boards, ups is open with wires which is not safe for kids.

Travelled with 90 yr old father, preferred to book cottage or villa to avoid steps or lift. Booked villa but when check in time realised it is 2 story building and upstairs is for us. Explained them the situation but they never allowed the ground floor . They don’t care about old people. TV not working complaint but no one came to fix. Ask them breakfast for 8.30 as sugar patient but given at 9.50 after requesting lot of time. Bed sheet not look like fresh . The food arranged by the security for dinner give us a food poison . So be care full , don’t regret after you hooked withou refund

Great experience and excellent accommodation

What I can say abt experience when I was feeling like u was in my own house … property provided me two akka for cooking food and helping for grocery buying and especially the Vino he was all time available for any help/needs and guidance would refer/prefer to visit and feel like you are in own house … excellent staff and staff were polite and friendly and I will personally recommend everyone visit with family and friends …. Thanks a lot vino and team to available on my every needs 1.If rating was there I would rate 100/100 for safety consent 2.Velankanni Shrine is 1.5km walkable 3. Including brkfast and foods which prepared by both akka’s were authentic and tasty 4. ⁠Luxury, Great view, Quiet, Child-friendly, Great value, High-tech

The property was lived upto the expectations. Amazing property. Property was same like what's shown in the images. Clean, neatand class. Staff and service was top notch. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Very bad rooms, bed linen was not clean, they have allocated a villa at first floor, and was very difficult for our parents as there was no lift. Room was smelly as well. We had to take another hotel and we did not use the hotel

We are really pleased with our stay at the white house villa as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in rome as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful

Great stay in a luxurious villa. Staffs are courteous and the cook was awesome. It has a full groomed projector to provide theatre experience. Very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend to everyone.
