Umed Bhawan Palace

I booked with dinner booking but they charge me at dinner they told dinner is fixed menu then they agreed to waive off but at the end they charge me and some guests with me so I pay

Spacious rooms and feel of staying in a palace. Quality and delicious food. Woke up to the peacock sound. Beautiful sightings of 2-3 peacocks within the hotel premises. Such a pleasant experience.

Location and Ambience is fantastic and has a rustic palace look very well maintained yet retaining the authenticity. services are very nice and polite staff. we stayed in a suite which was truly royal

This is a palace turned into a hotel with its heritage still in tact. A quite peaceful place in the heart of Kota.

Room is spacious but major drawback is the quality of food and their services! The resto staff do not listen to given instructions even after requesting so many times,they completely ignored what we said! This has happened 8th time!!!! Its really disappointing

The property is beautiful and I had a great experience.

The room was very spacious with a large bathroom and a super comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the whole hotel was great for a relaxing stroll. The staff were kind and helpful.

The property is well maintained and depicts a theme of coexistence with nature. Inside the palace, you will find lots of greenery, peacocks, birds, dogs which was an amazing experience. The rooms were also nice and the decor had an antique yet modern feel. This would have been a five star experience if not for the staff. They are not cooperative and do not provide the hospitality which you would eitherwise find in other hotels in Rajasthan. On asking for a room upgrade, the manager started hiding from us “literally “. Even the staff skipped the 10% discount voucher on F&B and started arguing with us when we asked them to provide us. The stay was not terrible but i missed the Rajasthan hospitality

Family stay at ummed bhavan was great in monsoon because of it’s natural surroundings and peacocks. Rooms are large and comfortable. Food is good but a bit expensive. The only negative is absence of pool.

Not a 5 start property. Washroom had leakage issue. Carpet was dirty and hygiene issue. Breakfast was ok ok. doesn't have variety like other 5 starts are having. It is not a 5 star 🌟 property. Bathroom was leaking and seepage was there in entire washroom area. Room was big but not clean. Carpet were dirty and smelling.

Stay at Umed Bhawan Palace was really amazing. Feels like very royal place. The antiques at the palace are very well maintained. The light fittings, fan, wooden objects, carpets are really old but very well maintained. Food experience was also elegant. Had an amazing and different experience at the palace.

Property was good and staff was well mannered and supportive and food was Good

I liked the rooms the breakfast we had and the drivers dormitory which is mandatory these days and location was also close to market overall property was good and make my trip made it very easy for me to book those rooms on cheap rate

Every thing was perfect and what is expected from the brand, one should once come and have a stay and enjoy the hospitality of this property. Truly amazing heritage property.

Room was spacious and clean. Food was expensive and not matching the pricing, there was nothing special about the vegitarian food we had for dinner. Palace was beautiful and big but not royal as expected - overall good experience 🙏
