hotel good but some problem inside room other room noises come to my room and I'm not sleeping comfortably.

Stayed in this property for one day. Very poor customer service. Phone was not working for room service. I have to go all the way from third floor to ground floor to ask anything. Repeatedly request for a tea which never delivered. Basic things like napkin, extra towel was not given even after requested.

Yeah overall experience was good facilities were good it was raining and we had a hot shower which had a relaxing start and location is easily accessible

It's beside the Main road, very near to shopping malls and food stalls. I liked the hygiene they maintained in bathrooms and the hot water available with good water pressure and hand shower and the response from staff was very polite, lift was working well and everywhere it was hygienic. I would like to prefer my next stay there. And I was happy that they didn't charge extra for early check-in.

I happened to stay in the hotel from 14-17 July. PROS: 1. accessible to all tourist attractions 2. all Branded showrooms at door step 3. staffs were very polite both in reception and d restaurant. 4. quick and prompt room service. CONS: 1. Rooms are small. restrooms were too small as the bathing area wasn't sufficient to stretch our hands 2. toiletries weren't provided like brush, tooth paste, shower caps. 3. the bath shower wasn't working properly as if working under very low pressure. but the hand showers was too forceful. The cupboards should ve been cleaned properly as there were too much dust accumulated. The complimentary breakfast had only limited menu on the list with almost the same menu for all d 3 days of stay. Over all a decent stay except for a few drawbacks. Location- easily accessible to all the tourist attractions. Located within d city 3.room was small and compact but lacked basic toiletries like brush,tooth paste, hair dryer. Rooms could ve been maintained well as there were dust filled in d cupboard spaces.

The rooms were smelling. We had a layover for only a night as we had checked in late at around 11 pm and had to leave early morning to catch a flight. Despite of letting front desk know they gave a room which had Ac issues and later they changed it but it wasted our 2 hours. I would not recommend this hotel to travellers.

The stay was amazing. The reception is very responsive and always ready to help. Rooms are clean and they are same as the photos you see on the site
