The location and ambience of resort is superb full area is good and the surrounding gives you a feeling of your living in a palace but the service especially from the kitchen side is not prompt that the only feedback which I can provide you apart from this one thing which is only related to the kitchen service everything is fine I enjoyed my stay and my child love the garden area and all

feels nature there, all necessary amenities available. Simplicity with all facilities nice food & Clean room

It’s a wonderful place to be, perfect for family or spouse. The nature & the rural-urban combination makes it even better. The best part I liked being an interior designer is the formations & the architecture over her. Pool is very clean, food is absolutely tasty. Thanks amargarh

Rooms were too much smelly and food was also very average

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in Udaipur – and I’ve been visiting for years. This place lacks even basic hospitality standards. It is not at all safe or comfortable for couples. The atmosphere is intimidating, especially in the common areas which are crowded with groups of men – including the swimming pool, which is supposed to be shared by all guests. There were no staff members ensuring safety or decency, making it extremely uncomfortable and unsafe to be around, especially with a partner or family. I strongly advise against staying here if you're traveling as a couple or with family. Udaipur has much better, safer, and more respectful options. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

There no reception representing customer and there is no service of and there is no food quality as well. I experienced over there and breakfast. Also, there is not good quality and many items. There are only 2 to 3 selective items over there. There is very poor service, we found over there.

The location and food was amazing, it has a beautiful ambience. But the service is a little slow. So i would like to suggest, they should improve that part.

1st thing they mentioned we would be given welcome drinks on arrival, they didn't even offer water at reception. 2nd the service was terrible, even for getting water bottles we had to call minimum 3 times which we got after half hour and next day morning they didn't even bother to deliver after repeated calls so we had to manage it all by ourselves by going to restaurant. 3rd our room ac was not working and we reported that in the afternoon after checkin, on asking for another room we got it after midnight, so we almost had to wait for entire day to get it. I would suggest one should avoid Amargarh as we had worst experience yet again that too in weekdays.

Property was very good but room service and food in breakfast was not good as they were taking too much time to provide breakfast and not answering properly and even not filled empty food bowls after repeatedly asking for the food and they are not bothered to clean the room in the morning by self and if you ordered something they will at-least take 20-30 minutes to provide even if it is simple water

Disappointing Stay – Needs Improvement I recently stayed and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was not well-maintained—there were visible spots on the wall paint, and the bedsheets were dirty, which raised concerns about hygiene. To make matters worse, I even found a honeybee inside the room, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, I was denied alcohol service, which was unexpected and not communicated beforehand. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and service standards in the future.

Excellent property. Pros: huge property, nice food, helpful staff. Cons: short-staffed on Holi, frequent management change. Have been visiting this property regularly for years now. Somehow, it keeps calling back. But, frequent management change does not ensure continuity of experience. This time on Holi, they had severe staff crunch. So there were delays in service. Overall, it was a great experience as always. overall, it's a good experience .. only one area they should look after is insufficient staff..food is good..Rooms, they should upgrade..it's bit old..especially washrooms..
