When i reached to hotel then staff completely denied that i have booking there, they are not accepting the booking voucher also. I stay stayed there at one condition that you may have to pay while check-out. But at last make my trip customer executive sorted all things.

Modern, clean and spacious room, in a quiet location, served by friendly and helpful staff. In walkable distance to tansen tomb and gwalior fort.

The experience is so bad. There is no geyser no lift no tv no basic facilities and there is no parking facility.

Hotel was okay as per price, but they include at-least free water. There should not be 30rs charges for already used water bottle when you can buy new bottom in just 20 rs.

No intercom was in the room, ac was not working properly, unable to call for service. Charged for open bottles of water. Very bad experience I never recommend to book this Guest house.

Food was good, breakfast was not good as they bring from road side stalls, it was cold, u cant expect early morning tea ☕️,but as I booked room for 3 hotel didn’t provide extra mattress, and didn’t refund amount for not providing bed , My daughter was handicapped para national swimming player so we request thm to give lower floor room as no lift in hotel dispite of booking 1-month before

Average on location and comforts. There was no hot water and according to management hot water is available in bathroom only in ac rooms. Charges extra for the drinking water bottles.

Staff behaviour, very rude. Specially umesh. Blanket smell so bad. I booked room for my family (me wife son) and they given such a small room with small bed, it's very difficult to adjust and in winter without blanket, so horrible experience. In all not suitable for family.

Stayed 2 days. Very courteous staff. Friendly atmosphere. Room service was quick. Food was served hot and tasty.

Basically if you are someone who is a solo backpacker, are comfortable in many situations, and of-course want a budget place to stay that is close to monuments, archaeological sites, etc then this place is good. You won't get early check in, hot water, you will have to pay extra. Other then that the stay was good.

Bed sheet was found dirty. There was no blanket in the room in such cold weather. Bad experience. Because of weather conditions my review for the room is poor since there were no blankets

I stayed in an ac room, even though it is winter, since no pics of the cheaper non ac rooms were shown in mmt. Talking to the reception, i found out that the the non ac rooms were similar to the ac rooms. The room i stayed was clean, so was the bathroom. If you want hot water, you have to tell the reception to turn on the electricity for the geyser in your bathroom. The wifi in my room was also quite slow and unusable at times. The in house restaurant is also a bit costly, but there are many options just 500 m from the hotel, or via swiggy and zomato. Despite these shortcomings, because the room and bathroom was clean; the bedsheets, blankets, etc were also clean, and the location was noise free, it serves the main purpose well, and i have given it 4 stars.
