Room was good and spacious. I stayed for 5 nights. Stayed at the higher room category. The towels provided had stains, bed sheet had stains as well. Bathroom glass was missing which resulted in mosquitoes and bugs entering the rooms. The biggest concern was food. The restaurant downstairs has very limited options. Overall a lot is to be improved.

The rooms were not maintained. There was no cleanliness and there were cockroaches and a small lizard in the room as well. They don't have staff to take the luggage nor do they have any room service. Very very poor experience this time. Never staying here again and not recommending this place to anyone

Well, the room that we took was large, but when we occupied the room there was a lizard and a few cockroaches which spoiled our experience. I have stayed with my family in this property in the past two occasions and we had a really good experience and property was maintained well and was clean. Also, the property does not have any restaurant and so we have to go down to the restaurant to have beverages or food (or outside), which is ok for us. We have decided to not take this property in future as there are few new hotels opened up nearby and have been maintained well. Thank you

hotel has far from udupi , but this highway location is easy accessible and good for me

The hotel had a power outage in the night and we had no fan or Ac for 3 to 4 hours. The bed spreads were dirty and room had no dustbin. the bathroom was clean and had hot water. Parking was roadside.

Not clean and not good amenities

Location is good. But far from main udupi city. The room was ok but the shower and health faucet was not working. The staff did not even care to shift me into to diiferent room ins ipte of having other empty rooms. Overall a mediocre stay

Excellent customer friendly receptionist and house keeping staff, hygienic veg. Food, clean elegant room, superb experience. Planning to come again at same hotel next year same time.

This property is on the highway and has access to all essentials. The rooms are very big which can accommodate 4-8 members easily. Very good and comfortable stay for large families. For small families small size rooms are less available and they might have to spend more than necessary for the large room.
