Excellent stay in this hotel and the location of this hotel is near Prem Mandir, Banke Bihari Mandir and Scon Mandir. Rooms are very neat & clean.

Clean and modern rooms. Great location Good restaurant. Housekeeping not responsive. Monkey in corridor one morning; staff slow to respond.

Hotel was very nice. We have been told that our check in was at 1 pm. Although we reached vrindavan in morning at 10am, we did not go to the hotel for early check-in. Because we understand that it would be tough for them. We were carrying our bags by ourself till 1:30 pm and then we went to the hotel for check-in. The entire stay was nice. However, next day we asked them at 9 am that what is the check out time. They told us that we can go for mandir darshan and then we can do check out. We went for darshan and it took time as it was sunday. We came back at 1 pm and the manager talked very rudely with us, that you not have to pay the amount for late check out. Although there was not even a single guest who was waiting, they did not call us at all that we need check out. Why this condition is so bad with indian tourists, they generally allow late check out to foreign tourists but not to indians. What’s the point behind charging extra money even if there is no guest who was waiting. Totally ridiculous. I am still saying that the entire stay was nice but the check out process was not smooth.

It was very divine and relaxed experience . Staff was veru cooperative . Overall good

they need to improve staff quality as i told staff to stop e rickshaw for mathura railway station,they stopped it nd talk to that guy (erickshaw guy) nd then asked for double charges( rs.700) nd then i stopped the another rickshaw nd ask for chages nd he charged me only (rs. 200) for mathura railway station nd then the staff ask that person for their commission .

The food in the restaurant is very good -safe, clean, tasty and a lot of variety. All fully vegetarian. We can even dine in the room when the restaurant is full. Location is perfect, close to Bhakti Marga ashram, ATMs, groceries and shops selling deities and jewelry.All within walking distance. Room is clean, bathroom is clean and spacious. Water from the tap and shower also relatively cleaner and has no salty taste, which is common in other guesthouses in Vrindavan. Hot water available. Overall, a comfortable stay in this hotel. Would definitely return.

I had a bad experience there we checked out just after an hour after we checked in. There was no room heater in room in this cold and no bathroom accessories, no shower stuff. Too much dirt. Very thin blanket in this cold. Waste of money. I want my refund

Facility is good. Need improvement in following 1. Shaving kit should be kept in room. 2. Driver stay should be arrange by hotel. Cost may be included in tarrif.

Room size is a bit small. Very cordial and helpful staff!

Driver stay should be provided to guest. Basic amenity like saving kit should also be there in room. Excellent facility. Keep it up
