Hotel is in the heart of the city ,Stay and ambiance Was excellent literally they treated the guest in very well manner and friendly staff i spoke with them regarding my special decoration of the room they did it really great we r so happy

We enjoyed our stay very much... location was fantastic... food was wonderful.. cleanliness well maintained.. services excellent but only one thing which was declared in the amenities list that is TV, was present but no channels were available.. not even doordarshan.. only if you have OTT Id's of your own then only you can see the OTT channels... this was very much disappointing.. nowadays TV plays a very important role in an individual life, specially for families... and everyone may not have OTT Id's...otherwise everything else was fine.

Lj grand room is average, buffet breakfast is too poor, in breakfast limited items available, and complimentary lunch also average....

The rooms were good and the complimentary breakfast was too good. Location is near the railway station.

Room is spacious & clean.All furniture & fixtures well maintained.AC & electrical working.Staff is well behaved.I booked 3 rooms & had to cancel one room at the last moment due to medical issue of my family member which hotel owner Mr Ganesh & Manager Mr Anil acknowledged & immediately accepted the cancellation.I would recommend this property again & again.The only improvement opportunity is room service to be expedited as I had to follow up many times for toiletries in 2nd day which definitely hotel owner can attend to improve overall experience.

The room is very good and specious,the staff is also very kind, the restaurant food is very tasty, a no need to go outside for food.

Very old furniture anf rooms very low and old a.c. They dont serve nicr food and we are not allowed to bring the food from outside.

The location was excellent, with food joints and the railway station just nearby. The food was good, though the cuisine was new to us. Amenities were top-notch, especially the washroom and shower. Service was prompt and efficient.

The property, Location,Food, amenities were excellent. What I felt there needs to be improvement in the service. It seems to be irresponsible service staffs. for cleaning even after reminder there was no cleaning done for the whole day. It felt like the don't change the bedsheet everyday. we asked for anything have to remind once again for that. The receptionist were helpful. There was a big language barrier in the city and even in the hotel staffs don't understand Hindi or English properly. We have the checkout at early morning and one of the helper helped us alot. overall it is good just needs some improvement in answering or prioritising on the customer ask. The food was excellent at the restaurant of the hotel,we took a royal veg thali and it was great. location was good. And what we learn most of the people of the city even don't understand by LIC circle name instead we can call daba garden. Thanks
