Very well mentioned property . Safe for female travellers. Walkable distance from Railway station and Bus

The room was poorly maintained, and the air conditioning was ineffective — I had to keep the fan on just to maintain a bearable temperature. The restaurant closed at 10:45 PM, and I was denied room service. The TV only started working after an hour of follow-up. Breakfast was disappointing — very limited options, poor quality, and long waiting times. Overall, the staff appeared indifferent and unresponsive.

Comfortable and welcoming hotel in the heart of Hospete. I took the overnight bus back to Goa, and the pick up point is almost opposite the hotel (Ganesh Travels). Very convenient. Short walk to great restaurants such as Hotel Swagath (South Indian Thali there is fabulous) and Hotel Abhiruchi (loved their grilled chicken). Overall stay is very good. AC is not working, please look into this. Room is very good and food also tasty

The property has great location. Amenities are not what I expected. Breakfast spread was minimal but good. The service was also OK but I expect them to be bit more proactive.

Literally nothing works in this hotel. I stayed for 2 nights. On the first day, i took a shower in the afternoon and did not get hot water. So i took a cold water shower. When i called the reception and complained about it, then they informed me that if i need hot water after 10 am, i have to call them and let them know. The cooling in the a/c was switched off even though there were guests. The room was running at 30 degree temperature. It was fixed 3 times after which the issue continued to recur. I was fed up calling them again and again. They also did not have a face to show me. I went to the restaurant downstairs and ordered a starter to eat. When i put the spoon to take my first bite, a cockroach came out from the food. Breakfast in the morning - forget it. If you are eating a bit late, then nothing will be served hot. You have to eat cold breakfast. The staff don't even have basic courtesy to serve something hot to a guest. This was the most horrible hotel i have ever been to and i will never ever visit this place again. If they hotel management has any self respect left in them, they should refund the full money of my entire stay.

Air conditioning did not work at all all night in the room i used. The food in the restaurant was good.

Location is good, food - breakfast is average, tv doesn’t work, chairs are dirty with stain marks in it, reception staff average.

We booked this property ad-hoc Positives Good location decent pricing area of improvement service, front staff wasn't courteous enough as per expectations, The food was delicious but again it lacked service big time, they were unable to handle the crowd if you are looking for a decent stay, you can book here, as most of the time One is out for sightseeing

Decent rooms size and infra but very poor service and maintenance of the property we found two three cockroaches in the room food quality was sad and very limited ordered milk for my kid and waited for 30 mins to know they forgot the order! very rude service staff and attitude

The hotel rooms were good, but the overall experience was below average. Starting from parking, there is no proper space for parking, cars were parked back to back, which made it inaccessible if I had to take out my car. There was noone to guide at parking, and everytime I stepped out, the security person would point at a random car blocking the way and ask if it was mine! There were no bell boys to take the luggage when we checked in, though I saw few on the next day. All this was still manageable, but their restaurant is horrible. The service is third grade and the staff is untrained and rude. They served wrong food, took one hour to bring even the appetizers, and tried to add extra items to the bill. The servers spilled almost every dish on table while serving, and didn't even care to give water for half an hour even after being asked for. During the breakfast, no cutlery was provided, the tables were unclean and half of the food got over by 830am, when the breakfast time was till 10am

Hotel is located in a convenient location in hospet and is close to hampi. The rooms and food were decent

There are always positive and negative sides for each feedback. Let’s begin with positives: 1. Property is centrally located 2. In spite of that it’s very quiet inside 3. Layout is very good as well as rooms are specious 4. Current staff is courteous. 5. Have limited breakfast options but i think that reduces wastage. 6. Food taste was good for me (this is subjective. Improvement areas - if they focus on below it will certainly be very best hotel 1. Entire upholstery needs to change 2. Torn chairs, towels etc. Need to be replaced 3. Bathroom fittings need to change also. 4. Looks to me that they are short staffed. 5. When room was allocated to us tea coffee sachets were not refilled properly so had to request. The room rents should have been 30% less for these type of facilities but i can understand since we stayed there after december 25 in general prices across were high.

It is a Rs 2000 or less per night hotel, below budget hotel, and charged us 10000 per night. Mouldy, smelly, unclean rooms, pillows were so dirty that we had to give them back. Curtains seem to be hanging there from the day hotel was inaugurated, never washed or changed. We had to buy a room freshener which was in short supply opposite hotel and our own soap. The towels were so dirty and we decided to not take bath, but we got slightly better towel. I had to go to Royal Orchid for all meals. Breakfast was complementary at hotel, it was so bad that we did not try after first day.

Expensive, food quality good. Services good.
