check in was smooth. but for luxury rooms , the size was small. room and bathroom were clean but bedsheets were stained and staff unable to replace it. food was good, staff were overall helpful. not a noisy location but accessible to a market

Hotel wisdom celebration is located in very good area where you can get everything what you want and you can go anywhere in city from there by autorickshaw. Rooms are clean. Washroom have ventilation, they provide toiletries and hot water to bath. There is t. V. With all channels subscribed. Bedding is ok. Staff is so gentle and kind.

No privacy for guest. The room doesn't have lock from inside. Staff enter room without knocking. Not good for family and couples.

sorry for the inconvenience, firstly our rooms has lock from inside also, u have to simply press the lock button from inside to lock the room, secondly we are really very sorry for the staff behaviour, we will look to this matter seriously and will be taking right action

The service at the hotel is pathetic. The toilet flush and water jet in the toilet were not functional. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty appearing as they haven't been washed since last occupancy. Overall the staying experience was terrible. The hotel doesn't justify the price. Don't choose this hotel if you are visiting motihari.
