We booked 2 rooms- 1 room had no AC working for 3 hours and they would not upgrade or change the rooms for us. We forgot a very expensive scarf at the hotel and the staff refused to look for it and said it was not there. no sense of responsibility and no call backs for 24 hours or any apology for misplacing it by the housekeeping staff.

the location of the hotel is perfect… the staff is very polite, humble and helpful. the room was very spacious and had all the amenities that one can need during a stay. good vegetarian food options as well. overall excellent stay and i shall definitely repeat my stay if i happen to visit ahmedabad
