HOTEL O RUNWAY Service Apartment

First of all when i booked the hotel i call the runway hotel and asked is room available or not the person on the said yes mam its available then i told them i have booked the room in your hotel by mmt and im coming in half hour he said no problem u can come then i reached the hotel the receptionist refuse to give me check in said the room is not available right now when i told him i already spoke in the phone for availability then he said u have to pay extra money
