fake room pics and bad services , no response of any staff, worst management, not for corporate because no services and complete pack room

They didn't provide a complimentary breakfast and also the geyser was not working at the very worst experience. It was a very bad experience that i had they didn't provide breakfast and also the geyser was not working.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The washroom was unhygienic, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The staff was rude, unresponsive, and showed no interest in addressing any issues. There was no landline or any mode of communication in the room, making it impossible to contact the staff for help. There was no proper parking space, forcing me to park my vehicle on the road. To make matters worse, i found hair on the bed, clearly left by a previous guest, which means the bedsheets and linens were not changed. Moreover, i was not provided with basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, or shower essentials. This hotel fails miserably in hygiene, service, and amenities. I strongly advise avoiding this place. - let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to add.

Hotel ac not working, after changing 2 room ac was working, no room service, also parking not available, bike park in front of hotal in road,

The property's location was bad and the interior of rooms was worst. Also the rooms were so conjusted. Really the worst experience.

The hotel is located at a prime location. Staff behaviour is very good. Room is clean. It has a restaurant from where you can order food in the room. The food is also delicious and at reasonable

All went well. Good staff, toilet clean, geyser working, no issues in check in check out, room was small.

My stay was very terrible because my bed sheet was not clean. That towel they provide also have not clean and i see lot of mark on towel room service was very poor.

They didn't allowed my colleague to come in my room as per their rule. There where no space for sitting with your colleague to discuss anything. After requested they send me in restaurant with my colleague and when we where discussing something than a restaurant person come to take order and told that you have to order something. At morning i requested for 1 glass hot water but their staff come at 9:30 am before that you can't say anyone. After 3 calls they send hot water in plastic bottles. I tried morning for a glass of hot water but they didn't provided. I leave their for 3 days but not a single day they cleaned my room or bathroom. So we can say that behaviour and service is zero (0)

Was provided with a single bed and small room. Hotel service was not good and unable to locate as there was no name board.

Loaction i s very unique, food qualitry is very good, staff is very gentle, housekeeping is too good, thats all.

Very bad maintenance. Rooms were dirty. Bedsheets were with strain, used. My suggestion for make my trip to *delist* it immediately from your database. Sorry, didn't took

Hotel rooms are not having much space. Location is quite good. Cleaning is also average. Overall experience is average but as par price it's good.
