Hotel Landmark

We had a very happy stay for two days. A serene and beautiful ambience, helpful staff, excellent food.

The property is under NO maintenance, thousands of flies, mosquitoes were flying inside the room and washroom too, every material seemed to be damaged and old.

The aesthetic look of the entire room & amenities should be improved even there is an ample scope of improving services

It’s a quiet place but with old building with not proper maintenance, food quality not good

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and made me feel at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering every comfort I could ask for. The service was exceptional – the staff was always attentive, polite, and ready to assist with anything I needed. The restaurant served delicious food with great variety, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and pleasant.

The experience was not as good as expected. It is showing 3 stars and also charges are that of 3 star hotel but the facilities were of 1 or 2 star hotels. When we reached the hotel at 9: 30 pm they could not even serve us dinner. We had to go to sleep without having anything that night. So what can we expect after that

It was only one night stay but we had a beer experience at Landmark. The young lady at the reception counter was extremely nice and helpful. The lunch was very tasty which was served at the cafe for us. The property is very nice and clean our room had wooden floor which has an old charm but it needs polishing also the wall was broken at one place which needs some repairing. Otherwise the bed and specially the linen we’re absolutely clean and fresh. I had a wonderful sleep. Overall it was an excellent stay for us. 💗

Cosy rooms specious though the building is old needs repair at places still you will feel the colonial era superb location we got our rooms attached with private balcony - having tea in the morning sitting at the balcony savouring nature will surely give you those heavenly feelings Food was also wonderful - complimentary bf was also good Overall a delightful stay

Property is located near to main road, adjacent children park behing the hotel amidst beautiful tress is amazing. Hotel is very need and clean, Staffs are very cooperative and decent.Food is hygiene and good quality. Amenities is excellent. Overall a great experience at landmark.

Worst hotel ever

Location is good in heart of the town, food is average to good but quite old furnished rooms somehow keeping them clean. Campus is littered, entrance road is dirty.

Room condition is very poor. Land mark hotel half-long deluxe room is just like normal small room. Wifi not working. Tv is out of order. Room rent too high. They are providing king size bed for three person. No extra bed providing system is available.

Centrally located, everything is very easily accessible, every staff member is nice and helpful, specially the receptionist. It's worth paying to stay as a tourist. Amenities are okay.

Nice View Point. Better Behaviour of All Staff. Good & Hygiene Food. In Between Hill. Located in Township.

The place was really peaceful, nice ambience. Really loved the food and the staff was always ready to help you with anything. Will recommend this place for accommodation in haflong.

Room service and food is excellent. The surroundings of the hotel are nice. We booked a luxury room but the lights inside the room are very insufficient, the locking arrangement requires improvement.
