Hotel Golden

Stay was average, couldn’t expect more in such low budget. It was ok ok. Bathroom was not that much clean

we enjoyed this hotel with family of 4,very nice room with 2 dbl beds air conditioner very nice staff & reasonable price. Nice location and amenities.BEST SERVICES.

Please don't with the description of the hotel in case of dormitory booking as everything is false. First of all it doesn't have AC instead they provide you 2 coolers which creates lots of noise and irresistible humidity. They will not even allot any bed instead they will ask to go and take any bed but later on somebody will come ask you to go to bed as he has been sleeping since the last few days.

There were multiple people in Dorm. Those were talking and watching shorts on mobile till 12:15 am in night, making it difficult to sleep. I was not aware about the room type (Dorm) and booked mistakenly. Alao the toilet WC tub/tab was not working. Overall it was poor experience. :(

Location is near Railway station Room was very good large & air,light,fully ventilation & feel like home. Room service was so so. Good thing is rear side balcony for wet clothes spread in sun light. Room at 3rd floor. Both room is equipped with geyser & western comod.

I never stayed there, they charged a non refundable bill. It is unethical and unacceptable behaviour by MAKE MY TRIP. There must be some refund for a cancellation request. Even they didn't cancel my booking and were not ready to reschedule it.

Very bad arrangements in the hotel’s room. Bed is not proper clean. Basic things are missing in the room.

No bathing soap provided, no escalator facility, light coming through window even with curtains, service boy was so lazy no service provided, no intercom facility every time have to down through stairs ( my room was in 2nd floor. The air conditioner remote was not provided, and it was in auto mode. The temperature rises itself after a few minutes, and it is very harassing. Washroom was not good. Tap was not working properly. There is no hot water facility in the bathroom. Very bad experience. I will never book this hotel again.

When we are on the way, custom care has intimated that your booking in hotel golden has been cancelled, which is wrong practice. After this, we have booked in other hotel krishna in on short notice.

Kooler and fens are not working properly. Drinking water was not available very poor experience very very hot day and night

It was a nice stay for a night, room way clean and silent. Nearby market and station was plus for navigation to hear ki pauri
