Hotel Eco Park

environment was good surrounded by river and temple... hospitality was good specially by pratiksha...

We had booked a Delux room, but upon arrival for check-in, we were told that a different room would be provided. The first room we were given had a foul smell, and we were shifted multiple times—four rooms in total. One had a lizard, another had water leaking from the AC, and the final room still had a bad odor, which was only masked temporarily with a freshener. The AC in that room also didn’t function properly at night. Our booking included dinner and breakfast, but at the restaurant, we were asked to order from the menu and told we would only get ₹500 worth of food, beyond which we’d be charged. I even spoke to the General Manager about the condition of the rooms, but I didn’t receive a satisfactory response. Based on this experience, I will never stay at Eco Park Rewa again. The rooms were unhygienic, and the service was extremely poor. I strongly advise others—if you want to spend your money wisely and have a peaceful night, please choose a different option.

Service bahot poor thi..... Hotel achha tha..but management bahot kharab tha..har chij me problem..

Good location, rooms are spacious and clean, wash room also good ,very good temple is there.services are slow . Overall very good stay. I will recommend friends and others to stay.

Complementary water given only 1 lit-re in 24 hr, quality of breakfast was not good, courtesy from staff is poor, though surroundings of hotel is good

The hotel is at prime location but the room washroom should be more cleaned. Also the option of complimentary breakfast is not much. They should improve that

Hotel is good. Room are neat and clean with all the basic amenities. Food is good except tea (horrible. Location and view is excellent. Hotel staff is well behaved and friendly.
