1 - Terrible just because of the rudeness of the staff, they don't know how to talk politely with their customers, arguing for no reasons, rude behaviours for the customers. Worst experience even after having the best Hotel infrastructure and ammenities in Muzaffarpur.

the room which i booked from the mmt application was not the same room i checked-in, the room doesn't have an intercom so whenever i have to ask something i have to go all the way down to reception, the blanket had blood stains. will the discount be flourished in my account?

They force to cancel the booking and take the room directly... After book the room they provide dusty and unmaintained room...Even number of times to told at least provide the room freshener... they unable to do same. In future I will never recommend to anyone to go this hotel.

Excellent stay experience

Staying at Atithi is just ok ok experience, rooms are average, there is dampness in wall . I booked room with breakfast but they are not providing any breakfast buffet here ,you have very scarce verity of options for the breakfast

Hotel has good ambience, rooms are big. Foods are good. Situated on highway of muzaffarpur and hajipur (at ram dayalu, this property is worth to be tried. Deducted 1 marks because there is some water leakage from false ceiling when it was raining heavily on 20-03-24.

Location wise it is good. Rooms are specious. However good housekeeping is required. Lot of mosquitoes in the room. Water heater was not working efficiently. Food quality in the restaurant is average com-parted to the price charged. Overall it is worth to stay as a business traveler

It was terrible experience at hotel. I could not imagine such a low standard room condition in the hotel. It was just like a guest house room after charging high price room worth. We were feeling helpless on the day. Torn bedsheets. Unoperational tv and base phone. And moreover the horrible condition of service by service staffs. These hotels are really good for nothing. People have limited choices in small towns so these hotels take advantage of the situation. Third class service. Rude staffs. Zero customer focus.

Worst ever experience. Book room not provided. No room service, no housekeeping, no drinking water, all doors are damaged, no central ac, no wash room things are provided, dirty blankets and bedsheets. In short stay at road side but not in this hotel

I have paid an extra amount for breakfast and lunch or dinner that was my big mistake. Hospitality was not satisfactory. Advance payment not justified. Every time during breakfast and dinner the hotel staff make their own rules that the water bottle is chargeable, sometimes sweet is chargeable. When i talk to one staff member (if i could remember rakesh) told me to talk to them from where you have done your booking(behaviour was unpleasant) overall i feel cheated as i have done all the payment in advance.

The hotel happens to be the best of all that the town has to offer. It’s located in a serene layout. Quite and peaceful. The food is top notch. Hotel also has garden to a take a stroll in when bored, there also happens to be a game centre to kill the boredom whatsoever. It’s a pure resort like experience in a town where hotels don’t meet this standard by a far sight.

Of all the stays i’ve had in this city, athiti stands out for obvious reasons. It’s at serene location, the ambience is top notch and so if the food they offer
