Hotel A S Continental

Location is good. Room facilities are ok. Response of hotel staff is very poor. We complained several times that hot water mixer not functioning. No one came to attend it till we checked out. Restaurant was totally empty. I did not see even one customer in restaurant during my stay there. Food is atrociously expensive Location and hotel facilities were very good. But staff unresponsive to minor problems in the room such as tap mixer not working etc. corridor lighting was never switched on till we asked them to. Restaurant was totally vacant not even one single customer . Though the quality of food was good it was unduly very expensive. And extra ordinary delay in service

The only positive about this hotel is its location, as it is situated in the heart of the city. However, everything else falls short. The hotel is clearly understaffed, resulting in poor service. The rooms are very small, poorly ventilated, and the bathrooms are extremely cramped—there’s barely space to stand, let alone bathe comfortably. Adding to the discomfort, the AC vent pipes are exposed in the bathroom, keeping it constantly wet. The AC itself is unreliable, frequently switching off on its own. While the in-house restaurant serves good food, the service is disappointingly slow. Overall, this place is not worth the price and I would not recommend staying here.

My stay was comfortable. But the hotel should consider allowing early check-in when they have vacant rooms. They want extra money for the early Although the staffs are very cooperative,owners need to have humanitarian approach.
