Dhamma Guest House

It was a good stay overall. The care taker was supportive and informative. The receptionist behaviour was initially irresponsible. The room was quite nice, only it was having a little discomfort smell in the first instance. Too many mosquitoes were there. The cold water tap was improper functioning due to which leakage issue was there. Overall it was a good stay.

The guest house was nearby to the temple, the staff was friendly and helpful. The guest house is family friendly and safe.

I was treated well, as a guest, by caretaker mr. Vijay. Decent stay and food is available here. The area in general faces a bit of power cuts. They have reasonable backup. Other guest houses nearby have nice and small restaurants, which you may visit as well. And anytime during the day you may walk up to the mahabodhi temple, and experience the purity of atmosphere there. You will have to deposit your mobile outside the temple, and take a numbered token.

Clean and spacious twin beds. Easy to reach location. At this weather, an electric kettle is needed to get hot drinking water to the needy. The gh gave one on request, but it was a very overly used one with scales.
